I have distributed, read and taught from the Daily Bread at least 40 years of my life; from New Mexico, Texas and California. I live to hear from God via this book as well as other devotions including one that I also wrote and published. I was sorry that I could only get 2 copies of this series. I am a committed student of Our Daily Bread, ODB has a life transforming grace embedded in it. I’ve shared with several friends who hungers for the things of God, most of which disturbs me when their quarterly booklet delays as though i was responsible for the delay. This book and chapter is sooo comforting, because it relaxes you, because God has got your back. When I read ‘Our Daily Bread, I just smiled because , He’s definitely got your back, in comforting, in compassion and every little thing, that you can imagine
My husband and I live in Perth, Western Australia and care for our special needs daughter at home. He is now 70 and I am 65 and our daughter is 44. Our daughter has the mental age of about 10 months and is totally dependent on us both and she is wheelchair bound with Dysphagia, Epelipsy, incontinence and autism and has sleeping difficulties along with other physical problems a lot of the time. However, reading Our Daily Bread notes daily along with the Bible readings has bought us to a place where we can say with Paul the apostle, we count it all as joy. Sometimes when I have to settle her in the early hours of the morning I eagerly read the day’s reading and I am set for another day in spite of the extreme difficulties of another trying day.
Thank you so much for your dedication to the work you have been called to and know that so many people, especially my husband and I, rely on it and we are truly blessed, sustained and renewed in our walk with The Lord. May He bless you all richly.

I’m so Blessed when reading Our Daily Bread.
Can someone please help me to understand the trinity? How Lord is our father God and Gods only son yet Jesus calls out to the father…. I read and read and believe and know and see God works in my life but just don’t understand.
